Harry Pierce CHT

Certified Professional Hypnosis Instructor

Harry Pierce is a professional hypnotist, educator, and founder of the Applied Hypnosis Academy. With over two decades of experience in hypnosis, training, and business development, he has helped thousands of clients and practitioners develop effective, ethical, and results-driven hypnotic work.

Harry began his career with an interest in entertainment hypnosis, but his work quickly evolved toward therapeutic applications and professional training. This progression shaped his practical, principles-first approach to hypnosis — emphasizing judgment, adaptability, and ethical scope over rigid scripts or performance-based methods.

After completing formal training at the Midwest Hypnosis School, Harry became a Certified Hypnotist in 2012. He holds multiple professional certifications, including credentials from the National Federation of NeuroLinguistic Programming, and is a Certified Professional Hypnosis Trainer through the International Certification Board of Clinical Hypnotherapy.

In addition to maintaining a long-running hypnosis practice in Indianapolis, Harry has presented on hypnosis internationally and has trained practitioners across therapeutic, entertainment, and professional instruction contexts. His work focuses on developing hypnotists who understand why hypnosis works, not just how to perform it.

As Founder and Head Instructor of the Applied Hypnosis Academy, Harry oversees curriculum design, instructor standards, and professional scope guidelines. His mission is to advance hypnosis as a disciplined, ethical craft — one grounded in responsibility, clarity, and real-world effectiveness.

True healing begins when we embrace our challenges, for it is through understanding and growth that we discover our inner strength and resilience.
